This swap took place in May 2005, but as I’d posted the pictures on 16th January 2006, I am making that the posting date for this entry..

(See the first entry about this challenge, here)
Items made of the rubbish materials can be found in the end of this entry - to save loading time for everyone who is on slower connections, I am not posting ALL the pictures to appear while browsing entries. Just hit the link below the teaser, to see the rest of the entry.
Well, the rubbish challenge is long gone, but as I hadn’t updated my site for months, I’m only adding to this now! So, here’s what I sent to JJ:

The whole lot.. Now that the challenge is over, I can also mention my own ideas for these materials..

The rules: everyone taking part of the challenge, got a pair who was to send them five pieces of “rubbish” (excluding leftover food and other things icky, it could really be pretty much anything that might have some miniature potential). The recipient then has the summer of 2005 to come up with one or more miniatures using these pieces as materials - other materials could be added, too, but the original rubbish should somehow be visible in the project.

Our Finnish dollhouse group had a swap for vanity table accessories in January 2004. I imagined that there might be lots of make-up / perfumes / *etc* coming, and tried to think of something that would Hopefully be the only one of its kind - I decided to make little potpourri bags.
