MY MINI DIARY, page 19

In case anyone follows my blog (or belongs to the same Finnish miniaturist groups online), you'll already know that I've made a new roombox since my last entry - yes, I made most of it in just one night as I had an urge to hot glue something, anything! LOL It's a white and pink teenage girl's room (not very "me", really!), and instead of my original thought of using a mini-My Scene doll for a resident, I'm thinking of making a whole new doll for it..
However, I will make a whole new page about the roombox, where I'll tell more about how I've made various items, and what I've used for materials.. So, this is all about that subject, for now.

We made a joint order with Maaria, from Craftsupplies.ie, last Friday. The stuff arrived today, it's all in the picture above. It's a Dublin based company, which only sells craft supplies online (as in, there's no actual shop you can visit), and at least at the moment, they have a very reasonable flat rate shipping fee, which covers the whole Europe. Also, their prices are very good in general, so I can definitely recommend! Below, I'll put some photos of everything that was in our €5 (excl. VAT) gold grab bag, and photos of everything else we got.. I was impressed, anyway!

If you'll be ordering the gold grab bag from the site I mentioned above, remember it's likely that items in every grab bag are a bit different, so don't necessarily expect to get the exact same buttons.. Maaria and myself will be splitting this bag as neither of us really needed a full bag.

Oval shaped wooden craft beads. The one-colour bag is for Maaria, the other one's for me.

These flower sequins are for me, though there's quite a lot in the bag, so if Maaria wants some, she can have some. I doubt I'll need them all!

These rhinestones are for Maaria - they look gorgeous, I might order some myself the next time I order something from that site!
